There are no words to describe Jenna and Cyrus but I'll try. From day one when we started our home journey, Jenna was on top of everything. Their communication is out of this world. She provided me with so much information and if she didn't know something, she was very transparent and honest about it and always returned with an answer within minutes. As a first time home buyer, they made this experience less stressful. They are trustworthy. I was unable to do a final walk thru of the house but Jenna made sure to record everything and pointed out any discrepancies.I trusted her enough to not overlook anything just to close quickly and she didn't. She made sure that home was perfect as far as the eyes can see. She kept my keys until I arrived in town.If I ever need to buy again, without a doubt this will be my team. From the photographer taking the AMAZING photos to his assistant answering my random questions when Cyrus wasn’t available. He made the bittersweet process of selling our home so much easier. Knows the military and his job as a realtor. Cyrus was personable, knowledgeable, well connected with his associates and peers, and trustworthy. We had to leave the state and he handled everything amazingly without missing a deadline. Additionally, someone dumped the waste and recycle containers we left for Tacoma sanitation all over the front lawn, Cyrus cleaned it all up and didn't charge us anything extra even though we insisted he get compensated. Oh, he also sold our house for over $50K above asking price. Cyrus Bonnet is by far the best realtor I have ever seen!

I was coming off of an unaccompanied remote tour PCS when I found Cyrus. Cyrus was with me and my wife every step of the way. He immediately got to work getting us houses to look at online since we weren’t in the local area. He even went to the ones we were interested in and conducted a video walkthrough for us, giving us his honest assessment along the way. When we made it to Tacoma to physically look at homes, he was right there with us, showing us around, and again offering his expert assessment of homes we were looking at. When we finally found our home, he took care of everything, getting us a new roof and hot water out of the deal, as well as several other small fixes. His negotiation skills are top notch. I would highly recommend Cyrus as a real estate agent, and if we decide to sell and buy again, he will be my number one choice.

If you are working with a VA loan and want the best then look no further, Cyrus is your man. I went to many open houses and had multiple sellers agents tell me I was working with the best VA loan realtor in Tacoma, that's when I knew I had struck gold. Cyrus had my needs figured out day one, and knew exactly what I was looking for in a home almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable of the market in Tacoma and recommended the best home inspectors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He and his team of inspectors saved me from a couple money pits I had my eye on, and this kind of sage advice is priceless. Cyrus was great to work with and an all around awesome guy. I could not imagine working with another agent going any better, and will surely utilize his services in the future. Ultimately, buying a home is not like the TV shows, and it takes a team of experts that work hard to get you into something without being taken advantage of, especially in this market.

This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Cyrus. Our first occasion was when we bought our house in Washington back in 2013. This time, we live in North Carolina and decided to sell our house. I contacted Cyrus and to my surprise, 7 years later, he still remembered my wife and I and the property! As before, Cyrus went above and beyond expectation helping us sell the house, especially for selling out of state!We were renting our house and the selling process began with waiting for the lease to expire so the tenants could move out. Cyrus was very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do according to Washington State laws. When Cyrus conducted his initial walk through of the home for his market value assessment, he provided his notice to the tenant and coordinated with the management company. The tenant refused to let Cyrus into the home, was yelling and cursing at him, and tried telling Cyrus to "leave her property." Cyrus handled the situation with the tenant in a calm and professional manner. Eventually, Cyrus was able to defuse the situation.Cyrus was very thorough in his walk through and noted all damages incurred from the tenant and immediately called me. I was extremely thankful for Cyrus' attention to detail noting the damages. Again, Cyrus eased my mind ensuring that he would deal with the management company and ensure they hold the tenants responsible and pay for damages. Cyrus did an amazing job keeping on top of the management company. Cyrus ensured the management company was meeting timelines for tenants vacating and repairing damages to get property back to showcase condition.Once the management company handed over the keys, Cyrus already had photography scheduled and had the house on the market within days. Even through the COVID 19 pandemic restrictions, Cyrus attracted 4 offer in the first 24 hours and brought 10 offers to me after 6 days. Cyrus was very patient and explained each offer in detail so I was able to select and move forward with the best offer. The buyer was an out of state buyer and Cyrus Cyrus made the process extremely smooth and easy. In the end, we sold the house for over market value and over our asking price in a very timely manner! All credit is given to Cyrus for this accomplishment!

Cyrus is awesome, that's all there really is to say. If you need a Realtor who works overtime, knows the market inside and out, and will work For you, look no further. I was initially very nervous purchasing a new home as we are PCSing from the east coast amd we're unable to go to the Seattle area in person. Cyrus was more then accommodating, everyone we loved he gave us an honest assessment and a video walk through. His knowledge of local lenders was also extremely helpful. One of the lenders he hooked me up with got me a rate .35 lower then the lender I went with originally, saving me like 14k in the process. More tuen anything, Cyrus was honest and trustworthy. He will tell you like it is and give you his honest opinion everytime. When the time comes for me to sell this house, I know who I'm going to call. Thank you Cyrus!

As a Veteran I wanted to work with a Veteran broker familiar with VA Home loan clients and found Cyrus. I guess you can say timing is everything, the first day of our search we found our home, made an offer that was accepted and were off to the races! We started our house hunting journey in the midst of COVID-19 and it was not easy. Due to the uncertain circumstances, we made sure we had the most professional, trust worthy, experienced, and knowledgable real estate agent available in the area. Cyrus checks all those marks and many more. We are a newly married military couple who moved to Washington State without any knowledge about buying a house or the market. Cyrus patiently worked with us for almost a year to find the perfect home. His constant market updates, personalized advice, and flexibility made us extremely comfortable buyers. Where to start ! When looking to buy I couldn’t believe how competitive the market has become , I had put 7 offers and lost ( yes 7 not exaggerating ) my wife and I were about ready to give up since we believe there wasn’t much other strategies other then high offers closing cost and earnest money amount . We chose to take a chance and try with Cyrus saw that he had great reviews and was veteran and veteran friendly and man did he deliver ! First after speaking with him he had so many strategies to beat the competition and guess what after the 1st offer with him we got the home ! I wish we would have gone with him the first time since we lost out on a lot of ideal homes with the other agent overall happy and still got us an amazing home ! Cyrus was a very accommodating realtor. He recommended a great lender which helped simplify a lot of things for me as a first time buyer. Before we moved out to Washington, he visited some properties on our behalf and sent us videos of the properties. Nearly everything was done over email and cellphone, which is a great convenience for anyone who is also busy with clearing post, packing, and/or driving across the country.Cyrus's inspector, Mike, was also a great resource. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We ended up walking away from two different properties due to issues uncovered by the inspection. I think Cyrus really wants his clients to end up with a good property. It seems like he works well with seller's agents in order to make sure his clients get a properly maintained/repaired house.I would recommend Cyrus to any service member PCSing to JBLM.

Cyrus told our agent the house was clean, but I literally spent an extra week in a hotel and making trips to the house to deep clean it before moving in (to include scrubbing fecal spray off of the toilets) and what can only be described as brown sludge out of each cabinet and 30 years of soap scum out of the showers. Ended up just replacing the appliances down to the microwave they were so nasty. As a service member moving a whole family from one end of the country to the other and needing to arrive ready to deploy overseas next month, all I need is some transparency. I could have scheduled a cleaning service to prep it for our arrival.When I switched lenders for a better rate I also saw email traffic between him and my agent that was less than professional and implying that I had to ask for permission from the seller/sellers agent to switch lenders. Get real.The current market and the JBLM demographic in the area allows ppl to bill themselves as “Military Focused”, but I’m pretty underwhelmed with the way it was handled.

Buying a new home in a new place on a short time limit is stressful. Buying a home in the current real estate market when your last home purchase was over 10 years ago is terrifying. We had attempted before in another state but our realtor was very dishonest and we ended up having to back out because of issues with the title. I told Cyrus about this prior experience and how nervous I was to be attempting to buy a home again. From the get go Cyrus fought tooth and nail for us. After missing out on one accepted offer, he kept finding homes and eventually sent us the house we now live in! Cyrus’s negotiation skills are out of this world and if you (the buyer) do not have to or should not have to pay for something, he will negotiate his way until you get the best deal for the house you are buying! UPDATE 10/2018I had the honor of working with Cyrus again for the sale of my home. In 2012 Cyrus was my relator when looking for a waterfront property. He started showing us property quickly throughout the Tacoma and Bonney Lake area. Cyrus is intelligent and hard working. He caters to your pace. He was extremely knowledgeable in VA especially for being new to the game. Cyrus’ diligence and no quit attitude directly contributed to the purchase of my first home. It wasn’t an easy buy either! It was a short sale property that took over 9 months for their bank to agree and close on our offer. Cyrus kept positive and kept me up to date throughout the process. I’m sure behind the scenes it was a difficult process but Cyrus always had a smile on his face and was motivated to get the property we wanted. I couldn’t have done it without him!Fast forward 6 years later. I of course picked Cyrus to sell this home. This time everything changed. This was Cyrus 2.0. Six years of experience gave Cyrus a whole another level of realty. Cyrus was amazing in advising me in every aspect of the sale. He’s quick to respond and professional. Although, I somehow attract difficult purchases. But in less than 5 months and dealing with a double contingency, Cyrus was able to sell my home for almost double what I purchased it for in 2012. When we found a home that we liked, Cyrus quickly began to submit all the documents needed to close house as soon as he could. The house was a short sale so it was a lengthy process. The lenders and the city continually delayed the closing date and made it almost impossible to close the house. Though the process was long and at some points, difficult, Cyrus kept a positive attitude and updated us frequently. It was because of Cyrus’ hard work and stubbornness that we were able to close on the home. We are now proud owners of a lake front property on Bonney Lake.Cyrus understands the VA loans and process by heart. After losing out with another realtor on what we thought was the perfect home, my wife and I found Cyrus based on his numerous positive reviews, VA loan experience, and knowledge of the Tacoma market. It was apparent after our first meeting that he was exactly the realtor to help us find what we were looking for. Cyrus is extremely personable and easy to work with. His work ethic and level of professionalism not only left us fully confident in his abilities to find the right home, but also led to closing on a property that I truly believe would not have been possible had we used another realtor. My wife and I have purchased several times and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable process we've experienced. I first worked with Mr. Bonnet last year to buy a home. Because if that experience, there was no other choice when it came time to purchase another. My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Cyrus Bonnet for both the sale of our current home and the purchase of a new home. We had already been in contact with a couple of agents and weren't fully committed to one yet. We knew that whoever we were going to choose was going to walk away with a lot of cash from our sales and we wanted to be confident that our agent would work for us and have our best interests in mind. After reaching out to Cyrus regarding a short sale home we realized that he was exactly what we were looking for. He not only responded immediately to all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable about the industry and the process of how we would need to approach each type of sale (foreclosures, short sales, regular sales).Cyrus's knowledge and experience also saved us a lot of money for the sale of our home. When he first came to our house the inside wasn't finished, the outside didn't even have grass, and we had an extremely long list of what we thought needed to be done in order to sell the house. Cyrus could see past all of that and he narrowed our list down to a couple of key things which, in turn, sold our house for roughly $20k more then what the comps came in at. There are a lot of great agents out there but it takes an experienced agent to understand the fine line of where to invest your money vs. wasting your time and money on unneeded additions.For the purchase of our home, I can confidently say that if we didn't have Cyrus as our agent we probably wouldn't have gotten this beautiful BRAND NEW house that we are in today. My husband and I were extremely picky (and random) in what we were looking for and Cyrus was patient with us throughout the process. The market that we were searching in was very sparse and very aggressive. Plus, the type of house and land that we were wanting seemed to be what everyone else wanted too. I would probably describe Cyrus as a "viper" when it comes to getting you a house. We put in a very aggressive offer and the seller had decided to go with a different one. Since our house was already pending and we REALLY wanted this new house we didn't take no as an answer. Cyrus was able to act quickly, negotiating on our behalf to find an acceptable offer for the seller.I believe that this is a pretty rare quality in agents and if you are buying or selling, Cyrus is the agent you want in your corner. He will go above and beyond (even after your sales are closed) to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and any issues are resolved (especially with new construction). We had some rare document issues, last minute, with our bank that could have cost us our new home. Cyrus fought for us every step of the way and wasn't afraid to do or say what needed to be done.I recommend that you at least meet with Cyrus if you are shopping around for agents. His professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness are some of many qualities you definitely want representing you.

We had attempted 6 months earlier to find a home with another realty company but had to return to Texas disappointed and disillusioned. First time buyer here and was not happy with my agent, so I decided to give Cyrus a shot. Cyrus took care of me from the jump and was in contact with me daily. He answered the plethora of questions that I had and if he couldn't he would say so but also direct me in the right direction. He never hesitated to show me a home and educated me on things to look out for and made me a more savoy buyer.I took a few of his recommendations and they paid off literally. Using my V.A. loan for the first time I ended up not coming out of pocket at all and ended up 250$ in the positive after closing. He negotiated for me and got everything I wanted and some. I ended up buying a home and making equity instantly. I love my new Gig Harbor home and feel like Cyrus was always looking out for my best interest. I would recommend Cyrus Bonnet in a heartbeat.

Cyrus was a saver in mine and my wife's journey to being a first time home buyer. He was our third and best realtor out there. Please don't make the same mistake we made, go with him first. Cyrus I believe can work with whatever circumstance you have. He has great lenders that work with you and inspectors as well. Cyrus is very knowledgeable and adjust to what you think. He does not force you into any home and is available all the time.

Cyrus is one of the best Realtors and Agents that I know of. Not only is he great, but he believes in God, has morals and values and is ethical. When I first met him, I knew it was going to be an exciting partnership to sell our house. After making suggestions based off of his years of expertise and experience, we sold our house. I am proud to say that he is no longer our Agent and Realtor, but our fellow friend. He takes care of not only Veterans like himself, but anyone who dares to give him a chance.
